Built around 1902\u20131903, it served as a venue for diplomatic meetings and banquets, as well as accommodation for state guests. The enthronement ceremony of Emperor Sunjong was also held here in 1907.<\/p>\n<p>The original building was dismantled in the 1920s. It was later reconstructed based on archival photographs and archaeological research and opened to the public in 2023.
