K-Royal Culture Festival is one of Korea’s largest cultural heritage festivals, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the royal culture and traditions of the Joseon Dynasty.
The festival takes place at Seoul’s Five Grand Palaces—Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Deoksugung, Changgyeonggung, and Gyeonghuigung—as well as Jongmyo Shrine. Visitors can enjoy traditional performances, special palace tours, cultural experiences, exhibitions, and many other seasonal programs.
First launched in 2014, the festival is now held twice a year, in spring and autumn.
During the festival, visitors can enjoy exclusive programs that are not available during regular palace visits, such as early morning palace walks, evening tours, royal culture experiences, and traditional performances.
